The Sign Up Process
The signup process was pretty straight forward. Once submitted, I waited 2 days, and received a welcome email. Pretty fast.
Once in, I faxed over a copy of my W2 and set up ACH.
Interface
The interface is pretty simple, you login, see the news for the day, your totals on the left, and the menu is on top.
I like the statistics interface the most, other programs like Azoogle often have a few minute delay in updating the stats and CJ has a delay of a few hours -- but not Hydra. With Hydra, you click the submit button and the stats are updating in real-time.
My only qualm is the offers' search interface could be improved. Some offers only allow Email advertising but you will not know this unless you click on the offer to see more details. Most of such offers are the $1/CPA offers, so you can predict this sort of stuff, but still a 'promotion type' search feature would be nice.
Affiliate Support & Promotions
On to the Affiliate Support -- I've had several questions regarding payments, my company related, and I had to email Hydra Accounting. Hydra email response time, even from the Accounting department, was usually less than 24 hours. The staff is courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. This was a pleasant experience.
My affiliate manager emailed me about one month since I joined the program. The first thing I asked of my manager is a list of offers with a certain criteria that I know would do well for me. That same day I got a nice list back; I started promoting those sponsors immediately. The next day my earnings saw a 40% jump.
I've asked my affiliate manager for another list; and it too was produced in a similar, quality manner. Again, a pleasant experience. This level of support, from the affiliate manager, and from the other departments just makes Hydra Network really shine.
Offers & Offer Payout
Hydra has a TON of offers. If you have a website, they have an offer you can push. Another big plus for Hydra Network is the quantity of the Zip Code Only offers. There are quite a few of Zip Code offers. All these offers require is the visitor to enter their zip code and you get paid. One such sponsor was doing 200% ROI for me.
Aside from having more CPA offers than other networks, Hydra Network also pays the most for each offer. Except for maybe Ringtones, which Azoogle is famous for.
